摘　　要：使用美国国家仪器公司的基于PCI总线的E系列数据采集卡6024,在LabVIEW软件平台上开发了一套液位控制系统,该系统可实现对液位数据的实时采集及控制,文中介绍了软硬件的设计思想和方法以及LabVIEW的编程特点。利用该系统对液位对象进行了控制实验,并给出了输出参数阶跃响应曲线,实验证明该系统工作稳定可靠,控制响应速度快,超调量小,曲线变化平稳,完全满足了液位控制的要求,并且性能价格比较高,具有较好的推广应用价值。A set of level control system using National Instruments DAQ board based on PCI bus is developed under LabVIEW using NI-DAQ driver software.The function of this system is data acquisition and realtime controlling.At the same time,the designing concept and ways,and the programming feature of LabVIEW are introduced.Using this system,a level process is tested and the curve diagram is got.It is proved by the final test results that the experiment system has reliability and feasibility.
