摘　　要：介绍了一种针对截屏图中数字信息的数字识别技术。该技术采用基于特征值提取的识别方法并充分利用截屏图特点使该方法得以简化,从而提高了处理速度和识别效率。采用该技术开发的软件系统已在工程实际中得到了应用并取得了良好的经济效益。This paper introduces a numeral recognition technology to recognize the numeral character on screen capture image. The technology is based on the recognition algorithm using feature extraction and make good use of the feature of screen capture image to simplify the algorithm. So it has rapid identifying speed and high efficiency. A software system based on the technology has applied in the practical engineering and creates great benefit.
