摘　　要：磷化处理对冰箱外壳使用的冷轧钢板具有提高喷粉后涂层附着力和耐腐蚀性能的作用，应引起足够的认识。本文以冰箱中温锌系磷化喷淋工艺为例，详细说明了冰箱用冷轧钢板磷化工艺的控制因素：原材料、工艺、设备及其它注意事项。Phosphating on cold steel used as outer sheld of refrigerator should be paied more attention, because it will enhance the coating adhesion and the anti-corrosive performance function after spraying.
