摘　　要：本文论述了网络化环境下图书馆的发展变化及图书馆员应具备的信息素养,阐述了网络环境对图书馆员的要求及加强图书馆队伍建设的对策。The article analyses the development of the library and the information literacy that the librarian should own under the network environment, analyses the request of the librarian under the network environment and offer-s some countermeasures to enforce the construction of the librarian.
