摘　　要：资本结构不仅影响企业的资本成本和企业总价值,而且影响企业治理结构。本文用博弈论的方法对资本结构的五种理论(MM理论、有赋税下的MM理论、权衡理论、梅耶斯新优序融资理论和信号传递模型)进行了分析,并试图从博弈论的角度来对其进行解释。The capital structure not only affects capital cost and total prices, but also the structure of corporate governance. By using the method of Game Theory, it analyzes five kinds of capital structure theories （ MM theory, MM theory in consider of tax, Theory of Trade - offs, Myers＇ s Pecking Order theory and Signaling Game Model） to give explanations to these theories from Game Theory.
