半导体激光并按摩治疗肩周炎98例

摘　　要：目的:观察半导体激光穴位照射治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:将98例患者,随机分为2组,治疗组49例,采用半导体激光穴位照射并按摩治疗;对照组49例,单纯用按摩治疗。结果:治疗组愈显率为91.8%,总有效率为100%;对照组愈显率为81.6%,总有效率为91.8%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过两组间疗效、疗程的比较说明半导体激光穴位照射治疗肩关节周围炎可明显提高疗效,缩短疗程。Objective： To observe effect of the frozen shoulder in treating with the semiconductor laser. Methods： The Ninety-eight patients with the frozen shoulder were randomly divided into two groups. The forty-nine patients in the treated group were treated with semiconductor laser and massage. The same number patients in the control group were only treated with massage. Result： The total effective rate in the treated group was 100 %, which was higher than that in the control group （91.8%）, showing significant difference statistically （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： semiconductor laser therapy can obviously increase effect of treating the frozen shoulder.
