东莞市厚街镇常住人口精神疾病流行情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解厚街镇精神疾病流行情况,为制定防治精神病及促进“十五计划”精神病防治康复工作更广泛深入开展而采取的措施提供科学依据。方法采用现况流行病学调查方法对我镇精神病流行情况进行调查并对资料进行统计分析。结果确诊的544例精神病人中,精神分裂症246例,占45.2%,患病率为2.74‰;精神发育迟滞(中、重度)170例,占31.2%,患病率为1.89‰;阿尔采末氏病39例,占7.2%,患病率为0.43‰;情感性精神障碍32例,占5.9%,患病率为0.36‰;癫痫性精神病12例,占2.2%,患病率为0.13‰;其他45例,占8.3%。结论我镇精神疾病构成与全国水平基本一致,精神分裂症、精神发育迟滞及阿尔采末氏病在我镇精神疾病占主要位置,应列为重点防治对象,同时应针对不同人群采取综合预防及及早治疗措施,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the epidemic condition about psychosis disease in Houjie town, to provide the scientific base for preventing and curing the psychosis disease and advancing the measure on going deep into the work about ＂The tenth five-years plan＂, preventing and curing the psychosis disease and getting well. Methods Epidemical study on existing circumstance was made on the data about the work about preventing and curing the psychosis disease and getting well in the town. Results In the 544 psychosis patients diagnosed, 246 patients were schizophrenia（45.2%）, the sick rate was 2. 74‰, 170 patients were mental retardation（31.2%）, the sick rate was 1.89‰. 39 patients were Alzbeimer＇s Disease （7.2%）, the sick rate was 0.43‰. 32 patients were sensibility mental disorder（5.9%）, the sick rate was 0.36‰. 12 patients were epileptic psychosis（2.2%）, the sick rate was 0. 13‰. 45 patients were the other psychosis disease（8.3%）. Conclusion The composing of the psychosis disease in Houjie town was almost same with the whole country. Schizophrenia, mental retardation and Alzheimer＇s Disease were the most important psychosis disease in the town. So those patients must be emphases preventing and curing, at the same time , the colligation measure early to speeding getting well should be taken aiming at different patients.
