高校做好大学生就业指导工作的思考

摘　　要：大学生能否顺利就业,事关大学生切身利益,事关学校的生存与发展,事关高等教育“大众化”的战略目标能否顺利实现。高校要充分认识大学生就业指导工作的重要性,在此基础上通过开展大学生就业思想教育工作,优化人才培养模式,丰富就业指导的形式与内容,加强就业指导师资队伍建设,构建全新的大学生就业指导体系等工作,提高大学生的就业力,促使他们顺利就业。With reform of Chinese economy stepping into crucial stage, employment problem is increasing conspicuous and employment situation of college students is also becoming more and more serious.And their smooth employment is not only crucial to their own interests, but also to school＇s survival and development and the realization of the strategic goal-- popularization of higher education. On the basis of fully understanding importance of college students＇ employment, higher education must take efforts to strengthen college students＇ ideological education, optimize educational mode of talent, enrich its form and contents of guidance, foster construction of guiding teachers＇ team and build brand new guiding system in order to upgrade their employment power and make them smoothly employed.
