摘 要:在煤粉燃烧的20 kW一维热态实验炉上进行了天然气再燃的实验,通过改变主燃料的种类、再燃区过量空气系数、再燃燃料的组成和再燃区温度等实验工况,以分析再燃时各种因素对煤燃烧过程中NOx生成量的影响规律.研究表明:煤粉中的挥发分含量越高,脱氮效率也越高;再燃区天然气的输入比例越高,主燃区燃烧所生成的NOx在再燃区被还原效果也越显著;再燃区温度不宜过高,否则热力型NOx生成量增多,从而降低了脱氮效率;石油气也可以作为再燃燃料,并且在合理工况下,其再燃效果与天然气作为再燃燃料时的再燃效果差不多,但总体上,天然气略优于石油气.Experiments of reburning were carried out to investigate the rule of NOx emissions by changing the type of coal, the excess air factor of reburning zone, the components of reburning fuel and the temperature in reburning zone on a 20 kW one-dimensional stove using pulverized coal. The results indicate that the higher the volatile fraction of coal is, the lower NOx emission amount is; the more natural gas is injected into reburning zone, the more NOx formed in primary zone is reduced in reburning zone; the temperature of reburning zone should not be too high, otherwise the formation of thermal NOx increases and the reducing-rate of NO, decreases; petroleum gas can also be injected as reburning fuel and in suitable combustion situation it has the similar effect to that of natural gas, but in general, the effect of natural gas is a little better than that of petroleum gas.
