摘  要:在一台改造后的车用增压柴油机上进行燃用二甲醚的燃烧研究,实测了缸内压力,据此计算了燃烧放热率,分析了二甲醚发动机和柴油机的燃烧过程.结果表明,在外特性下随着转速的增加,燃油消耗率先减后增,排气温度先增后减再增;供油提前角相同时,两者额定工况的放热率图都呈单峰,前者最大爆发压力和最大压力升高率较低.随负荷增加,二甲醚放热率图由明显的双峰变成单峰;在相同平均有效压力下,随着转速的增加,燃烧始点有所推迟,放热率图的重心远离上死点.6孔喷油器对应的燃烧迅速,其性能也明显好于5孔喷油器.供油提前角越大,燃烧始点、最大放热率相位和放热率图重心越靠近上死点,燃油消耗率越低,但最大放热率几乎不变.Experimental study was conducted with a vehicular turbocharged diesel engine fueled with neat dimethyl ether (DME). The combustion analysis on DME and diesel engine was carried out according to the heat release rate (HRR) calculated from measured p-φ diagrams and other performance parameters. The results show that, with increasing engine speed under the full part load, the fuel consumption decreases firstly, and then increases, the exhaust temperature is firstly up and downward later, finally upward again. At the rated power,the HRR for each engine has only one peak,peak pressure and rate of pressure rise for DME engine is lower comparatively. With increasing loads the diagram of HRR evolves from two peaks to mono-peak. With increasing engine speed under the same mean effective pressure, the ignition timing delays,and the weight center of HRR diagram is gradually away from TDC. DME engine with an injector of six holes has a good performance due to a faster diffusion combustion. With the increment of fuel delivery advance angle at the rated power,the ignition timing, the peak HRR and the weight center of HRR diagram are all near to TDC, and the fuel consumption becomes lower gradually, while the peak HRR maintains the same level.
