摘  要:[目的]研制护理本科生毕业实习临床实践行为表现自评量表。[方法]根据文献回顾和半结构式访谈确定7个测量维度并形成条目池,通过专家效度检测和预试验对条目进行筛选。整群抽取6所院校共计278名毕业实习本科护生进行测试,通过项目区分度、反应度分析、相关分析、因子分析、Cronbachα系数等统计指标对条目进行再筛选。[结果]“护理本科生毕业实习临床实践行为表现自评量表”由临床护理、管理、教学指导、科研、专业和自我发展、沟通交流、批判性思维7个维度共计43个条目组成。[结论]形成的“护理本科生毕业实习临床实践行为表现自评量表”条目有较好的敏感性、独立性和代表性,达到了编制的要求。Objective: To work out a clinical practical performance self- rating scale for nursing undergraduates. Method: Based on literature review and semi - structure interviewing, 7 measuring dimensionalities were decided and item pool were formed. Then the items were screened by validity check and preliminary experiment performed by specialists. A total of 278 nursing practicing students from 6 colleges were tested by cluster sampling and the items were re - screened by such indexes as item discrimination, response analysis, relative analysis, factors analysis, Cronbach coefficient a and so on. Results: Clinical practical performance self- rating scale for nursing undergraduate was made of 7 dimensionalities including clinical nursing, management, teaching instruction, scientific research, profession and self- development, communication and judging thinking, totally 43 items. Conclusion: The items of formed clinical practical performance self- rating scale for nursing undergraduate have better sensitivity, independence and representation, which can meet to the needs of workout.
