全直肠系膜切除双吻合器技术治疗低位直肠癌78例临床总结

摘　　要：为探讨全直肠系膜切除（TME）、双吻台器技术（DST）加纤维蛋白胶治疗低位直肠癌的也用价值，回顾分析用该法治疗低位直肠癌78例资料。结果显示，无手术死亡，吻合基本满意，病理切缘均阴性，未发生吻合口漏，3例吻合口狭窄，2例局部复发。结果表明，合理选择手术适应症，TME结合DST治疗低位直肠癌是一种安全有效术式。大大提高了低位直肠癌保肛手术的成功率。Total mesorectal excision（TME）,double stapling technique（DST） and fibrin glue were applied in the treatment of 78 cases with low rectal carcinoma the clinical data of which were retrospectively analized and the applicable value of which was evaluated. Results showed that there was no operative death, that anastomosis was basically satisfactory, that the incision margin was negative pathologically, that no anastomotic leakage occurred, that there were anastomotic stricture in 3 cases.and that recurrence occurred locally in 2 cases. It is suggested that on the basis of reasonable selection of cases. TME and DST are safe effective procedure in the treatment of low rectal carcinoma, and that the procedure can enhance the satistfactory rate of anus-preserved.
