大连市海岸带生态环境存在主要问题及保护措施

摘　　要：为了合理开发利用大连近海岸资源,保护生态系统和自然景观,用数据分析法描绘和介绍大连市目前的近岸海域生态保护情况的基础上,找出了影响近岸景观和生态平衡的污染因子,同时从法规和法律的健全、资源的合理开发利用、近岸海域的环境保护规划、污染整治、政府的努力和支持等方面,论述了有关生态保护和生态复原方面的可操作的措施。海岸带是陆地和海洋的交接地带,是沿海岸线向陆、海两侧扩展到一定宽度的带状区域。For the purpose of rational exploitation and utility of resources in Littoral area and to protect eco-system and natural sight along DaLian beach, the general eco-system situation of offshore area along DaLian was introduced by using data analysis method, furthermore some pollution factors which affect on offshore eco-system were pointed out and some countermeasures against offshore pollution and ecological damage were put forward from the aspect of laws and regulations, rational development and utility, planning for offshore area, pollution control government supports and so on.
