摘　　要：对基于PCI总线的数据采集卡的接口技术进行了探讨。通过对PLX公司专用接口芯片PCI9054的介绍,从硬件电路设计、寄存器配置、驱动程序开发方面详细闸述了采用PCI9054开发PCI总线接口电路的过程。This paper discusses the technique on the interface of data acquisition board based on PCI bus. It first narrates the capabilities and characteristics of PCI9054, then introduces the whole process of the development in three aspects： hardware design, registers configuration and driver development.
