摘　　要：对比相互作用力(或能量)及其在物理学中的核心作用,认为信息作为世界三大要素之一不仅应有独立的基本理论,而且在生命科学中也将起到类似的核心作用;信息理论及其与生命科学相结合而成的新的生命科学理论在21世纪都将有重要发展.Compared with interaction force （or energy） and the central role that it plays in physics, it it considered that information, as one of the three most important elements constituting the world, should have its independent fundamental theory, and also plays a similar central role in life science. Information theory and the new theory of life science combined with information theory will all have their important developments in the 21st century.
