摘  要:采用紫外-可见光分光光度法研究碱性催化剂催化合成α-呋喃丙烯酸的Perkin反应动力学.研究结果表明总的反应对于各组元分别接近准一级.提出Perkin法合成α-呋喃丙烯酸过程中乙酸酐碳负离子产生的可能机理为:乙酸酐碳负离子是由烯醇式乙酸酐转变而来,催化剂碱性、结构及溶剂极性和溶剂形成氢键能力对反应速率有重要影响.The kinetics of Perkin reaction catalyzed by basic catalysts for synthesizing α-furylacrylic acid was investigated by means of the ultraviolet spectrophotometry, verifying a nearly one-order total reaction for each reactant. The formation mechanism of acetic anhydride carbanion in the Perkin reaction for synthesizing α-furylacrylic acid was then proposed. It is concluded that acetic anhydride carbanion is obtained from the acetic anhydride with enol form. It is also concluded that the reaction rate is greatly affected by the basicity and structure of catalysts and by the solvent' s polarity and capability of forming hydrogen bonds as well.
