摘 要:用改进的二步种子溶胀法制得粒径在15μm内的多孔聚苯乙烯-二乙烯苯(PSt-DVB)微球,以对苯二酚为模型组分,考察其在多孔聚合物微球上的吸附和释放性能,重点研究了多孔聚合物微球的粒径、孔径和活性物负载量对微球释放速度的影响.结果表明:随着微球粒径的减小和活性物负载量的增大,对苯二酚呈现更快的释放速度;孔径对对苯二酚的释放行为影响不大;在相当长的时间内对苯二酚浓度变化不大,说明制得的多孔聚合物微球具有良好的缓释作用.Poly(styrene-divinylbenzene) (PSt-DVB) porous microspheres with a diameter of less than 15 μm were prepared by means of the modified two-step seed swelling polymerization. Then, the adsorption and release of hydroquinone on the produced porous microspheres were investigated and the effects of microsphere size, pore diameter and adsorption capacity on the release rate were investigated in detail. The results indicate that both the decrease in microsphere size and the increase in adsorption capacity result in a high release speed of hydroquinone from the microspheres, while the pore diameter has no obvious effect on the release of hydroquinone. Moreover, the concentration of hydroquinone changes little in a long period, which shows that the produced PSt-DVB porous microspheres are of excellent release-controlling performance.
