摘　　要：报告３例罕见的向血管性淋巴瘤，初发症状为皮肤结节和（或）紫癜伴发热，２例血清乳酸脱氢酶和碱性磷酸酶增高。组织病理示真皮和皮下组织内瘤细胞簇集于小血管内，浸润并破坏部分或全部管壁及其周围组织。瘤细胞对白细胞共同抗原和ＵＣＨＬ－１呈阳性反应，提示为Ｔ细胞来源。本病预后差，但早期诊断和治疗可延长患者存活期。经中国生物医学文献光盘数据库检索１９８３年至１９９５年１１月文献。Threerarecasesofangiotropiclymphomawerereportedwithareviewofliterature.Theearlyclinicalmanifestationswereskinnodulesand/orpurpuraassociatedwithfeverandtheeleva-tionofLDHandAKP.Histopathologicalexaminationshowedthatmultifocalproliferationofneoplasticmononuclearcelsinfiltratedintotheluminaofsmalbloodvesselsandresultedinthedestructionofthevascularwalsandsurroundingstructures.ImmunohistochemicalstudyconfirmeditsT-celorigin.Theprognosisofthediseaseispoorbutthepatient′ssurvivaltimecanbeprolongedwithearlydiagnosisandpropertreatment.Thisisthefirstreportofsuchdiseaseinourcountry.
