摘　　要：2005年7月,美国共产党在芝加哥召开第二十八次代表大会,通过了新的党纲。根据目前的国内国际形势,美共明确提出了现阶段的工作重心和奋斗目标。文章介绍了有关背景,阐述了美国共产党对时局的分析及其所提出的工作重心和奋斗目标。认为美共提出的工作重心和奋斗目标,符合美国国内和国际的客观现实,对于美共的发展和国际共产主义运动具有重大意义。The American Communist Party held its twenty-eighth representatives assembly in Chicago in July 2005 and passed a new party principle. Considering the situations in America and the international society, the American Communist Party proposed the priority of its current work and the objective of its struggle, which is sure to be significant for the development of the American Communist Party and the international communism movements.
