术前患者与手术护士的沟通需求情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解术前患者对手术室护士的沟通需求。方法对398例患者进行问卷调查,将调查自问卷发放给患者,统一指导用语,由患者自行填写,然后当场收回。结果398份问卷中,有395份认为术前患者与手术室护士之间有良好的沟通对患者的术前、术中有很大帮助,能减轻患者对手术紧张、恐惧的心理;有3份认为无影响。结论良好的沟通能消除患者顾虑,使手术顺利完成。Objective To explore the patients before surgical operation to operating room nurse＇s communication demand. Methods 398 patients with questionnaire were surveyed. Use unified instruction terminology, Fills in voluntarily by the patient,then take back questionnaireson the spot. Results 395 cases thought the patient before operation with the operating room nurse has the good communication to in patient has the very big help before and during operation,Can reduce the patient＇s frightened psychology and nervous to the surgery;3 cases thought does not have the influence. Conclusion The good communication can eliminate the patient to worry,Causes the surgery smoothly to complete.
