脂蛋白定量预测的因子分析

摘　　要：目的用组成脂蛋白的各种载脂蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇含量的多少来研究脂蛋白的构成,并对脂蛋白的含量进行预测。方法采用因子分析,使用了最大似然估计算法,并通过斜交旋转,使各因子的实际意义能够得以明确的证实。结果被测定的各种载脂蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇的含量在很大程度上与4个因子有着密切的关系,依据其构成情况,使我们更进一步认识到它们就是VLDL、IDL、LDL、HDL,并得出了4种脂蛋白含量预测值的计算方法。结论采用因子分析可以实现对脂蛋白构成及其定量预测的研究,为解决目前脂蛋白代谢定量分析困难提供了一种新途径。Objective To explore the constitution of lipid by meaturlng the contents of apollpoprotein, triglyceride, cholesterol; and to forecast to lipid contents. Methods To confirm the real meanings of every factors by factor analysis, maximum likelihood method and oblique rotation. Results The contents of apolipoprotein, triglyceride and cholesterol had close relation with the four factors, those were VLDL, 1DL, LDL, HDL; the forecast methods for the contents of four kind of lipid was deduced. Conclusion By using factor analysis, we can study the constitution of lipid and quantitatively forecast it, which will provide a new clue for quantitative analysis of the metabolism of lipoprotein.
