摘 要:为了能结合实际预测研究区域停车需求,介绍了目前主要的停车需求预测方法及各自特点.在停车生成率模型基础上建立停车需求—供应预测模型,该模型考虑了价格因素、停车服务水平对停车需求量的影响,将停车场周转率、利用率引入模型中,从而可直接得出实际应建停车位数量,同时,将停车需求分为白天和夜间分别进行预测,最后给出了计算示例.In order to properly forecast the actual demand for parking place, the paper has also introduced the main methods of forecasting the demand at present time and its characteristics. Then it establishes the parking demand-supply forecasting model based on parking generation rate model. The model considers the price and parking service level's impacting on the number of parking demand. Considering the parking lot's turnover rate and utilization ratio in the model, we can know how much parking seats should be built. At the same, the demand for parking has been respectively estimated during the different period of daytime and nighttime. At last, it gives a calculating example.
