摘  要:研究贮藏温度(1℃、5℃、15℃)和包装方式(硅窗袋包装、麻袋包装)对锥栗果实贮藏期间呼吸强度、营养成分和保鲜效果的影响。结果表明,低温或硅窗袋包装可以降低锥栗果实的呼吸强度;硅窗袋包装结合1℃低温贮藏可以减少锥栗果实贮藏期间维生素C、淀粉含量的下降和总糖含量的变化,减少贮藏期间锥栗果实失水,降低锥栗果实坏果率,保持锥栗果较高的品质,延长锥栗果的贮藏保鲜期。Effects of storage temperatures (1℃, 5℃, 15℃), packing patterns-(packing with polyethylene film bag with silicone rubber window pouch or packing with gunny-bag) on respiration rate, nutrition ingredients and quality keeping of chinquapin (Castanea henryi Rehd.&Wils) fruit during storage were studied. The results showed as follows, low temperature or packing with polyethylene film bag with silicone rubber window pouch could decrease respiration rate of chinquapin fruit. Chinquapin fruit packing with polyethylene film bag with silicone rubber window pouch and storage at 1 ~C could reduce the declines in contents of vitamin C and starch,decrease the changes of total sugars content, reduce desiccation and decrease rate of bad fruit during storage, keep better quality and extend storage life of chinquapin fruit compared with the fruit packing with gunny-bag.
