摘 要:出自浸出器的湿粕含溶剂,须进行脱溶、干燥和冷却处理,以得到合格的成品粕。阐述了国内外湿粕脱溶技术的发展,建议对湿粕中的溶剂采用机械预脱溶方式,首先除去大部分溶剂,降低粕残油,以减少蒸脱机及其冷凝部分的负荷,进而降低溶耗、汽耗,达到降低生产成本的目的。提出用离心分离的机械预脱溶方法与蒸脱相结合的湿粕脱溶技术。Wet extracted meal from extractor will usually he toasted, dried and then cooled for desolventizing. The development of wet meal desolventizing technology both in China and abroad was introduced. Pre-desolventing of mechanical compress was suggested to treat wet extracted meal since oil content of meal and burden of desolventizer and toaster could be decreased. Also energy consumptions of solvent and steam as well as production costs could he decreased. The wet meal desolventizing technology of centrifugal separating pre-desolventing with mechanical method added toast-desolventizing was put forward.
