摘　　要：委托代理是企业运营管理中的一种普遍存在的现象。基于信息经济学的思想、学习型组织理论及一般职能的企业人力资源投资研究,探讨了学习型企业人力资源投资策略及其委托代理问题。Entrusted agency is a universal phenomenon in business operation management. Based on information economics, the learning organization theory, and the general researches of the enterprise investment in human resources, the human resource investment strategy and the entrusted agency issues for learning enterprises are explored.
