竞技运动员人力资本产权界定与“困境”的破解

摘　　要：从何智丽与焦志敏事件,到王志郅、田亮事件,再到最近的孙英杰和王德显的奖金之争,主流媒体没有理性分析出现这样事件的原因。竞技运动员人力资本投资主体的多元化,而剩余索取权的分割矛盾,是造成我国竞技运动员和主管部门产生矛盾的根源。试图从人力资本理论出发,对竞技体育运动员人力资本产权困境之根源进行剖析,对竞技体育人力资本产权困境之破解给出一些有益的启示。In the events from He Zhili to Jiao Zhimin and from Wang Zhizhi toTian Liang, and also the recent events from Sun Yingjie and Wang Dexian＇ s bonus dispute, the major media does not analyse the reasons of such incidents correctly. The pluralism of human resources of investment subject for athletes and the separation contradictory of surplus demands are the reasons of the contradictory caused by athletes and the responsible administrative departments in China. It analyzed the origin of athlete＇ s capital property fight predicament and provides some beneficial enlightenment to manpower capital property right predicament of athletics sports.
