摘 要:银行卡业务的发展,不仅为广大银行客户的消费、理财带来极大的方便,而且改善了银行经营绩效及服务功能。我国银行卡数量、品种发展快速,卡类产品交易网络建设逐步完善,技术创新和应用进展迅速,但银行卡市场基本仍属于高度寡头垄断格局。我国银行卡业金融创新存在一定程度的规模经济、范围经济、网络外部性,但是仍存在资源配置缺陷和很高的进入壁垒。在今后的改革中,应着力解决这些问题。The development of Chinese bank card not only brings convenience to banks' clients in consuming and financing, but also improves bank's functions on management, performance and services. The industry structure of Chinese bank card is observed, and develops fast in bank card variety and quantity and in the construction of bank card's trading network and the swift technology innovation and application. But Chinese bank card market falls into the highly oligopolistic pattern. Finally the conclusion is achieved that economies of scale and scope economies, network externalities exist in Chinese bank card market, however, there are still resources allocation distortion and high barriers to entry of this market.
