摘　　要：目的:评定中学生的心理健康状况。方法:对北京市某区的1 379名中学生进行SCL-90测试,并将结果与国内相关研究进行对比。结果:有6.73%的中学生存在各种明显的心理健康问题。女生焦虑、躯体化、抑郁、恐怖因子分显著地高于男生。初中生敌对、恐怖因子分显著地高于高中生;高中生强迫症状、抑郁因子分高于初中生。结论:中学生的心理健康问题需社会各界给予关注。Objective：To evaluate the mental health status of middle school students. Methods ：1397 middle school students were tested with Symptom Checklist （SCL -90）. And the results were compared with domestic correlated research. Results： The incidence rate of the evident mental health problem was 6.73%. The factor scores of anxiety, somzatization, depression and phobophobia in female were more significant than those in male. The factor scores of rivalry and phobophobia in junior high school students were more significant than those in senior high school student, and the factor scores of compulsive symptoms and depression in senior high school students were more significant than those in junior high school student. Conclusions： The mental health problems of middle school students are still pay close attention.
