抑郁症心理护理效果自评量表的编制及其信度效度检验

摘　　要：目的：编制抑郁症心理护理效果自评量表并对其信度效度进行检验。方法：根据心理卫生评定量表的编制方法及临床工作实践，筛选条目，并进行信度和效度检验。测量对象为52例抑郁症病人。结果：抑郁症心理护理效果自评量表包括12个项目．Cronbacha α系数为0．879，分半信度0．885，重测信度0．65。自评量表总分与各项目的相关系数0．365-0．815之间（P〈0．01），52例抑郁瘟病人中，实验组（n=26），经4周心理护理后与HAMD的相关为-0．522（P〈0．01），对照组（n=26）为-0．263（P〉0．05），两组患者自评量表分比较有非常显著的统计学差异（t=11．13，P〈0．001）。结论：自编抑郁症心理护理效果自评量表有一定的信度和效度，基本符合心理测量学的要求，可以在临床工作中试用。Objective：Establish self- rating scale for psychological nursing effecting on the depression patients and examine it＇s reliability validity. Methods：refer to psychological hygiene evaluation handbook , based on clinical working practice, filter items, Examine the reliability and validity. Results ： self - rating scale for psychological nursing effecting on the depressive patients consists of 12 items, The Cronbach a 0. 879, Guttman Split - Half Coefficient 0. 885, The test - retest reliability 0.65. The correlation coefficient of the score of self - rating scale and various items 0. 365 - 0.815 （ P 〈 0.01 ） . 52 depressive patients, After 4 weeks nursing , the correlation coefficient of the experiment group（ n = 26） with HAMD is - 0. 522 （ P 〈 0.01 ）, control group is - 0. 263 （ P 〉 0.05 ）. by t, two groups self- rating scale has remarkable difference （t = 11.13, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusions： self - rating scale for psychological nursing has certain reliability and validity, conformed to the requirement of psychometry basically, it can be tried out in the clinical work.
