摘　　要：目的:研究紫草素的提取工艺。方法用纤维素酶酶解紫草,丙酮液浸提,紫外分光光度法测定其吸收度。采用L9(34)正交设计法进行实验设计。结果最佳提取工艺:在pH值5, 1‰的纤维素酶条件下,在35℃酶解紫草12h ,用丙酮液提取3次。结论工艺合理、可行,质量可控。Aim To study a optimum preperation method of Shikonin by extraction from Arnebia Euchroma Johnst.Method Skikonin was extracted by acetone from enzyme decomposed mixture , determination the absorption in UV .The test are arranged by orthogonal desige with L9 （34）. Result The best prepering process is： pH 5, and consistency of the enzyme is 1‰, the enzyme decomposed temperature is 35KT,reaction times 12h, by acetone extraction 3 times .Conclusion The experiment results showed that the preperation method is possible and the quality of the product can be controled.
