摘  要:目的:研究紫草素的提取工艺。方法用纤维素酶酶解紫草,丙酮液浸提,紫外分光光度法测定其吸收度。采用L9(34)正交设计法进行实验设计。结果最佳提取工艺:在pH值5, 1‰的纤维素酶条件下,在35℃酶解紫草12h ,用丙酮液提取3次。结论工艺合理、可行,质量可控。Aim To study a optimum preperation method of Shikonin by extraction from Arnebia Euchroma Johnst.Method Skikonin was extracted by acetone from enzyme decomposed mixture , determination the absorption in UV .The test are arranged by orthogonal desige with L9 (34). Result The best prepering process is: pH 5, and consistency of the enzyme is 1‰, the enzyme decomposed temperature is 35KT,reaction times 12h, by acetone extraction 3 times .Conclusion The experiment results showed that the preperation method is possible and the quality of the product can be controled.
