疏肝活血法对SLE小鼠皮肤雌激素受体的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨以疏肝活血法为治则的中药“狼疮2号”对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)模型小鼠皮肤雌激素受体(ER)的影响。方法:给正常昆明小鼠和SLE模型鼠以不同剂量中药“狼疮2号”灌胃,观察其对小鼠皮肤和脾脏淋巴细胞ER的影响。结果:SLE模型鼠皮肤和脾脏淋巴细胞ER含量与正常鼠比较出现异常,用药后这种异常有所改变。结论:中药“狼疮2号”可能是通过调整机体内雌激素的代谢改变ER结构与抗原性,恢复机体内雌激素与ER间的动态平衡而产生治疗作用的。Objective： To explore the effects of Chinese traditional medicine ＂Lupus II＂ on estrogen receptors （ER） in SLE model mice skin. Methods： Normal Kunming mice and SLE model mice were given the different doses of Chinese traditional medicine ＂Lupus II＂ by oral injection. The effects of the drug on ER in skin cells and spleen lymphocytes of mice were observed. Results： The quantity of ER in skin cells and spleen lymphocytes of SLE model mice were abnormal compared with that of Kunming mice. The abnormity was changed after the use of ＂Lupus II＂. Conclusion： Traditional chinese medicine ＂Lupus II＂ may be used to treat SLE by adjusting the metabolism of estrogen, changing the structure and antigenicity of ER, as well as recovering the dynamic equilibrium of estrogen and ER.
