摘　　要：Keratoacanthoma centrifugum marginatum (KCM) is a rare variant of keratoacanthoma, characterized by progressive peripheral growth with concomitant healing of the central area ofthe tumor. We present a patient with KCM who was treated with topical 5% 5-fluorouracil.
