摘　　要：本文设计并制作了圆柱形电容器,利用555振荡电路将容量变化转换成频率的变化,并利用单片机进行测频,通过软件计算液位高度,减小了电容与频率转换的线性误差,具有温度软件补偿功能和去液面波动能力,适用于行走式喷雾机液面检测。通过实验测试,该装置的测量精度优于1cm。This paper designs and makes a column capacitance. It employs 555 oscillo-circuit for translating the variety of capacity into alternating of frequency, uses single chip microcontroller to detect frequency and by software calculating liquid level height, thus decreasing the linear errors between capacitance and frequency. This device has temperature compensation and removing liquid surface fluctuation capacities, being adopted for liquid level detection of athletic sprayer. Experiments detect show that this instrnment＇s precise is prior to Icm.
