波利特治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效及安全性观察

摘　　要：目的观察波利特治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效及安全性。方法经内镜检查诊断为各型消化性溃疡的病人1994例，波利特10mg，1次／d，加用或不加用Hp根除联合用药，分别于用药前1d、用药后第1、2、5、7d观察临床症状及发作频率并进行疗效评价，统计资料采用SPSS11．0统计软件进行方差分析和x^2检验。结果波利特治疗消化性溃疡的总缓解率为99．9％，单独服用波利特和Hp根除联合用药的病人缓解率差别无显著性，用药1周后的疗效评价分别为显效95．8％，有效3．8％，进步0．3％，无效0.1％。结论波利特对大范围胃、十二指肠溃疡等病人能够迅速有效地缓解临床症状，个体差异小，安全性可靠。AIM To observe the clinical efficiency and safety of Pariet in treating peptic ulcer. METHODS 1994 Patients of peptic ulcer identified by endoscopies. They were given Pariet 10 mg/d with or not with the drug combination of eradication HP. Recorded their symptoms and side effects everyday during the therapy and the record is analyzed in ANOVA and x^2 by the software of statistics - SPSS11.0. RESULTS The total relief rate of treating peptic ulcer were 99.9%. It does not have difference with or not with the drug combination of eradication HP. the rate of excellence, utility, advancement, and ineffective is 95.8 %, 3.8 %, 0.3 % and 0.1% respectively after the first week treatment. CONCLUSION Pariet has excellent therapeutic effects on peptic ulcer patients associated symptoms, small individual difference and it is safe.
