摘　　要：研究性学习是提高学生创新能力、创造能力的基本途径。研究性学习需要对学习目标、内容、策略和评价进行科学设计,同时从问题的提出和解决,加强自主学习,重视学习内容和时间的开放性,交流与协作四个方面强化组织引导。Constructing an innovational courtry makes new demands for education. Researching learning is a basic way of improving students＇ability for innovation and creation. Taking adults who have certain life and working experience as objects, online education has an advantage of developing researching learning. Researching learning requests a scientific planning of the objective, contents, strategies of organization of instruction from four aspects： the arising and resolving of problems, strengthening of independent learning, laying importance to the openness of contents of lenrning and learnning hours, and exchange and cooperation.
