摘　　要：在区域物流大力发展的同时,建立一套科学有效的区域物流绩效评价体系,对提高区域物流服务的绩效水平,促进区域经济产业升级,优化社会资源非常必要。本文通过对国内外物流服务绩效评价方法的比较,探讨了区域物流服务绩效评价指标体系的特点和构建原则,建立了区域物流服务绩效评价指标体系基本框架。During the period of developing the regional logistics, it＇s essential to establish a scientific effective target system of the regional logistics service performance measure to raise the level of the regional logistics service performance. And it＇s also beneficial to promote the regional economic industry＇s promotion and optimize the society resources. After discussing the eharacteristics and the establishing principles on the target system of regional logistics service performance measure, this article establishes a basic target system framework of a regional logistics service performance measure by comparing the domestic and foreign theory of logistics service performance measure.
