韩国教育人力资源开发现状研究

摘　　要：21世纪是信息化社会,通过教育来开发人力资源成为每个国家发展的首要战略。韩国政府2001年把原有的“教育部”改为“教育人力资源部,”重点建设教育法律和制度基础,确保整体地、系统地推进“人力资源政策”。本论文将介绍韩国教育人力资源的开发情况,指出韩国教育中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了改善方案,从而增进人们对韩国教育的认识。The 21st century is an information society. Exploiting human resources through education is the principal development strategy of every country in the world. For this reason, Korea government changed ＂education depa^nent＂ into＂education and human resources department＂ in 2001 and focused on establishing legal and institutional basis for education in order to push ＂human resources policy＂synthetically and systemically. This article introduces the situation and data about education and human resources in Korea. After pointing out the problems in education, it puts forward reform program. It intends to further people＇ s understanding of Korea education.
