摘　　要：利用状态空间模型化方法与分布函数的参数化方法,将供应链企业之间的合作机制抽象成委托-代理模型;指出了导致供应链管理效率低下的原因,提出了信息共享是改善供应链合作伙伴关系,进而提高供应链效率的有效途径。Using the methods of state spnce model and distributed functional parameter,the paper takes the cooperation mechanism of SC partners as commission model,points out the cause of low efficiency of SCM and considers that information sharing may improve the partner relationship and lift up the SC efficiency.
