摘　　要：介绍了胜任特征的内涵,论述了馆员胜任特征的构建及其在图书馆人力资源管理中的实施效果。This paper introduces the connotation of the qualification characteristics, and expounds the construction of librarians＇ qualification characteristics and their implementing effects in the human resource management of the library.
