乳下前牙融合牙对继承恒牙的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨乳下前牙融合牙对恒牙的影响。方法对临床76例乳下前牙融合牙患儿进行临床及X线检查,观察融合牙位、继承恒牙缺失情况、恒牙列形成及继承恒牙形态。结果乳下前牙融合牙单侧好发,侧切牙与尖牙(BC)融合为57.89%,中切牙与尖牙(AB)融合为39.47%;继承恒牙缺失率61.84%,且均为侧切牙;AB融合与BC融合发生继承恒牙缺失率差异(P>0.05)无统计学意义;无间隙乳牙列乳下前牙融合,继承恒牙缺失发生率(77.08%)高于有间隙乳牙列乳下前牙融合者(P<0.05);乳下前牙融合牙无继承恒牙缺失者均出现恒下前牙拥挤;恒牙缺失组可出现继承恒牙近远中径增大。结论乳下前牙融合牙对继承恒牙及恒牙列均有影响。Objective To explore the influence of the deciduous lower front fused teeth on the succedaneous fixed teeth. Methods In order to explore the position of the fused teeth, the state of the losing of the succedaneous fixed teeth, the formation of the secondary dentition and the shape of the succedaneous fixed teeth , 76 children were examined by X-ray and clinical examination. Results The deciduous lower front fused teeth typically orcured unilaterally, lateral incisor and cuspid （BC）fused, central incisor and lateral incisor（AB）fusedthe losing of succedaneous fixed teeth are 57.89% ,39.47%, 61.84% respectively ,and the losing teeth are all lateral incisor. There was no signification difference between AB fused teeth and BC fused teeth in the losing of the succedaneous fixed teeth（ P 〈 0.05）. When the fused deciduous lower front teeth in the non-space first dentition gets to 77.08 %, the succedaneous fixed teeth is losed t is significant higher than the decidupus lower front teeth in the space first dentition（ P 〈 0.05）. When the fused deciduous lower front teeth don＇t lead to the losing of the succedaneous fixed teeth, the fixed lower front teeth are crowed. The mesial and distal distance of the fixed tooth can be extend in the fixed teeth losing growp. Conclusion The deciduous lower front fused teeth can influence the succedaneous fixed teeth and secondary dentition.
