摘  要:中子产额稳定性是保证碳氧比能谱测井质量的仪器重要指标之一。实验发现,当MTZ-54型中子管离子源阳极电流处在某一区间内时,中子产额最高且最稳定;随着环境温度的升高,保持阳极电流稳定所需要的灯丝电压和电流需逐渐减小。测量了维持阳极电流稳定时灯丝电压随环境温度变化的关系,绘制了其温度特性曲线。为使阳极电流稳定在合适的区间内,设计了一种利用热敏电阻自动调节中子管灯丝电压的温度补偿电路。测试结果表明,该电路减小了温度对阳极电流的影响,改善了中子产额的稳定性。The stability of neutron yield is an important characteristic index of a C/O tool for ensuring its logging quality. Experiments point out. the neutron yield and its stability of a MTZ-54 neutron tube come to their top when the anode current of the tube is within a certain region; and the filament voltage/current need to be decreased gradually for keeping anode current stable while environmental temperature increases gradually. To keep the anode current stable suitably, a temperature compensa- ted circuit based on a thermal resistor to self-regulate the filament voltage has been designed. Test result shows that the circuit decreases the effect of temperature to anode current, improves the stability of neutron yield.
