芦荟治疗对子宫内膜癌survivin表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨芦荟治疗对子宫内膜癌中凋亡相关基因surv iv in表达的影响。方法:应用芦荟治疗子宫内膜癌患者35例,采用免疫组化(SP)法检测治疗前后癌组织中surv iv in的表达水平。结果:芦荟治疗前后子宫内膜癌组织surv iv in的阳性表达率及表达强度分别为71.4%、(19.36±4.78)和25.7%、(13.35±2.93),治疗后子宫内膜癌surv iv in阳性表达率及表达强度显著降低(P<0.01)。子宫内膜癌组织中surv iv in表达强度与组织学分级、手术分期、肿瘤大小均呈正相关(r=0.412,0.398,0.408,P均<0.05)。结论:芦荟治疗子宫内膜癌的作用可能与其抑制癌组织surv iv in的表达有关。Ob.jeclive： To study the influence of Aloe on survivin expression in endometrial carcinoma. Methods： Thirty-five patients with endometrial carcinoma were treated with oral Aloe. Survivin expression in tumor tissue was detected by immunohistochemlcal method before and after treatment. Results： Survivin expression rate and intensity were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment [25.7% vs 71.4%, P〈0.01; （13.35 ± 2.93） vs （19.36 ±4.78）, P〈0.01]. The expression intensity of survivin was positively correlated with the histological grade, clinical stage and tumor size in endometrial carcinoma （P〈0.05）. Conclusion, The mechanism of Aloe action may be related to the inhibition of survivin expression in endometrial carcinoma.
