摘　　要：目前我国旅游业的发展迅猛,可是旅游专业人才的素质、技能却滞后于行业要求,适应市场需求的旅游专业人才十分缺乏。这种状况已对旅游业的发展产生了严重的影响。论文针对旅游专业人才培养与市场脱节的现象,具体分析了我国教育体制、高校教学、企业制度等方面的原因,并提出了从政府、高校、企业等方面协同努力采取有效措施,以根本性地解决当前旅游专业人才培养不适应市场需求的现状,从而为旅游业发展培养出高素质的合格人才。The tourism is now developing rapidly in China, but the quality of tourism specialists is unfit for the tourism development, and the quantity of competent specialists is too small. That has serious effects on the development for tourism. Based on the fact of the disconnection between specialists and the tourism market, this paper proposed that we should make effective measures in the government, colleges and enterprises aspects which have been analyzed . Then we can solve the problem thoroughly.
