摘　　要：目前,我国高等教育持续扩招后的教学质量问题已成为全社会共同关注的焦点。作为提高教学质量必不可少的有效措施和制度保障,教学管理工作却举步维艰,缺乏实效。本文从当前我国高校在教学管理方面出现的问题入手,着重探讨了高校教学管理乏力的主要成因,并提出了一些对策性措施。At present,with the enlarging recruitment of our higher education,the teaching quality has been a focus concerned by the whole society. As an effective measure and guarantee of system for improving the teaching quality necessarily, the work of teaching management is very difficult and lacking of efficiency. This passage will inquire into the reasons of teaching mangagement lack of strength in higher institutions at present and put forward some countermeasures,from the angles of present problems of teaching mangerment in our country＇s higher institutions.
