摘　　要：目的:分析准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术后角膜层间异物情况。方法:在LASIK手术的6239例(12312眼)中,对术后出现角膜层间异物残留病例的相关原因和处理方法进行统计分析。结果:304眼(2.47%)出现角膜层间异物残留。其中,50眼(0.41%)采用异物剔除和冲洗等及时合理的措施处理;254眼(2.06%)无须处理。所有病例预期的矫正视力均无明显影响,冲洗后3眼出现少许边缘性角膜上皮细胞植入。结论:LASIK术后出现角膜层间异物残留并发症的比例低,多数病例无须处理。通过对相关因素的控制可有效减少,但不能杜绝。及时合理的处理方法能提高视觉质量,LASIK手术安全可靠。AIM： To study the foreign bodies stayed in the interlayer of cornea after LASIK. METHODS： In 12 312 eyes （6 239 cases）, the causes and treatments of the foreign bodies stayed in the interlayer of cornea after LASIK were studied. RESULTS： Foreign bodies occurred in the interlayer of cornea in 304 eyes （2.47%）, of which 50 eyes （0.41%） were treated with timely correct measures, 254 eyes （2.06%） did not need any treatments. In all cases, the expectanted correct vision acuity was not influenced. A few corneal epithelial ingrowth in corneal flap edge occurred in 3 eyes after washing. CONCLUSION： The proportion of the foreign bodies in the interlayer of cornea is low, and mostly it needs no treatments. It can be greatly reduced by controlling related factors but cannot be completed avoided. Proper and timely treatments can result in better visual acuities. Therefore LASIK is confiremed to be a safe surgery for myopia.
