^(89)SrCl_2联合局部外放疗治疗骨转移癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察单独使用89SrCl2及89SrCl2联合局部外放疗对骨转移癌的疗效。方法:将121例患者随机分为89SrCl2(对照)组57例,89SrCl2联合局部外放疗(实验)组64例。结果:89SrCl2对照组、89SrCl2联合局部外照射实验组止痛有效率分别为78%、95%(P<0.05);骨病灶好转有效率分别为21%、53%(P<0.01);一般状况改善有效率为69%、92%(P<0.01),试验组比对照组有效率明显提高,而毒副反应试验组没有明显叠加和增强。结论:89SrCl2联合局部外放疗能显著提高骨转移癌的治疗效果。Objective：To observe the efficacy of ^89SrCl2 and combined use of ^89SrCl2 with regional extra -beam radiotherapy for cancer patients with bone metastasis. Methods： Total of 121 patients were radndmly divded into two groups, 57 patients were treated by ^89SrCl2 control group and 64 were treated by ^89SrCl2 combination of ^89SrCl2 with regional extra - beam radiotherapy study group. Results ： The effective rate of control group and study group were respectively 78% and 95% （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the effective improvement rate of the bone focus were 21% and 53% （P 〈 0.01 ） ; the effective rate of improvement in general conditions were 69%, 92% （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： the combined treatment of regional radiotherapy can significantly improve the efficacy of cancer patients with bone metastasis.
