参麦注射液联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参麦注射液与化疗联用对中晚期癌症患者的治疗效果。方法:将56例中晚期癌症患者随机分为参麦联合化疗组及单纯化疗组。结果:参麦联合化疗组与单纯化疗组近期疗效差异无显著性(P≥0.05)。参麦联合化疗组生活质量明显高于单纯化疗组;毒性反应两组存在明显区别,单纯化疗组明显高于参麦联合化疗组。结论:参麦注射液与化疗联用对中晚期癌症患者有减低毒性反应的作用,并且提高了生活质量。Objective：To study the effect of chemotherapy combined with Shenmai injection in patients with advanced carcinoma. Methods： A total of 56 cases with advanced carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups. Group 1 were treated by chemotherapy combined with Shenmai injection（the combined treatment group） while group 2 was given chemotherapy alone （the control group）. Results： The recent therapeutic effect was similar between the two groups （P≥0.05）. There was significant deference in improving the quality of life between two groups and more adverse effects were found in the control group. Conclusion： Chemotherapy combined with Shenmai injection may decrease the adverse effects and improve the quality of life in the patients with advanced carcinoma.
