摘 要:目的了解清开灵注射液中黄芩苷、栀子苷、胆酸、珍珠母四组分配伍后对局灶脑缺血大鼠再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法线栓法建立大鼠脑缺血/再灌注模型,脑缺血后再灌注前大鼠尾静脉给药,应用核磁共振弥散加权成像技术、TTC染色、神经行为学评分及组织病理学等技术,综合判断其功效作用。结果清开灵组分配伍能够提高脑缺血大鼠神经行为,MRI表现为病灶中心区ADC值,周边区DCavg值增高,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义。结论清开灵组分配伍治疗组具有脑保护作用,为进一步优化清开灵注射液原方药物组成,研究其药效机制提供试验依据。Aim To evaluate the pharmacodynamics of the composition of QingKaiLing (QKL)and their combination in focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods Male SD rats underwent focal cerebral ischemia for 1.5 h and reperfusion for 24 h. Just before reperfu- sion, test subjects were intravenously treated with QKL combination or nimodipine. MRI examination (diffusion-weighted imaging ), behavior examination, TTC staining, Histological examination, were performed.Results All the drug treatments could significantly ameliorate the results of TTC and Histological examination, and QKL combination did so most prominently which could also significantly ameliorate MRI and behavior examination results. Conclusion QKL combination has a preventive effect against ischemic which can be potential neuroprotective regent.
