摘　　要：目的探讨细胞周期素G在胃癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测10例正常胃组织,52例胃癌组织及其相应癌旁组织中的Cyclin G蛋白的表达。结果正常胃组织未发现Cyclin G表达;胃癌组织中可见明显的胞核棕黄色阳性表达,相对应的癌旁组织表达很少(P<0.05);病理分型与Cyclin G表达无关联;淋巴结转移组的Cyclin G异常表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。结论Cyclin G蛋白可能参与胃癌的发生和发展过程,有利于病情评估,并可能成为胃癌基因治疗的新靶点。Objective To investigate the significance and expression of Cyclin G in gastric carcinoma. Methods Expression of Cyclin G was examined by using immunohistochemical staining SP method in 10 normal gastric tissues, 52 gastric carcinoma specimens and their corresponding para-careinoma gastric tissues. Results There was no expression identified in normal gastric tissues. Obviously positive expression in nuclear was observed in gastric carcinoma, compared to the para-careinoma gastric tissue, low intense expression of Cyclin G was notified （ P 〈 0.05）. No correlation was found between the Cyclin G expression and the factor of the grade of tumor differentiation. The expression was significantly higher in those patients with lymph nodes metastasis than those without（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of Cyclin G might play a role in the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric carcinoma, make it easier to asset the condition of disease, and might become a new target for gene therapy in gastric carcinoma.
