肉碱在男科临床治疗中的研究进展

摘　　要：肉碱是线粒体脂肪酸β-氧化过程中的一个重要成分,在心血管、神经及生殖等系统均具有重要的生理作用。近年来,肉碱作为一种治疗药物,已开始应用于男性不育、勃起功能障碍及Peyron ie病等男科疾病治疗中,并取得了较好的疗效。现就肉碱在男科临床治疗中的研究进展进行综述。Carnitine, an important compound in the β-oxidative process of mitochondrial fatty acid, plays a significant role in the cardiovascular, nervous, and reproductive system. Recently, carnitine has been used as a therapeutic in the treatment of male infertility, erectile dysfunction, Peyronie＇s disease, etc. Accordingly, the objective of this review is to summarize the progress in researches on carnitine as a clinical therapy in andrology.
